Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
BrightRidge Collective ("we", "us") operates brightridgecollective.com and is the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: privacy@brightridgecollective.com.
2. What we collect
- No account data. The site has no registration, login or payment functionality, so we do not collect names, addresses or card details.
- Game data. Bright Reels runs entirely in your browser. Your virtual coin balance is held in page memory only and is discarded when you close or refresh the tab. It is never transmitted to us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep your message and address to answer it.
3. Lawful bases
We rely on legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, replying to enquiries) and, where any non-essential cookie or analytics tool is used, your consent.
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, a consent banner will appear first and you will be able to refuse without losing access to any content.
5. Third parties
Links to Google Play open a Google service governed by Google's own privacy policy. We do not share your data with the developer or any advertiser. Server logs are processed by our hosting provider acting as our processor.
6. Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email privacy@brightridgecollective.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data relating to children. If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we will delete the record.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
